I devoted my late afternoon in editing my profile and customizing the layouts. I felt so productive, it improves my mood and happy to be back in journaling.
Recently, I am fond of reading articles and youtube clips about productivity tips and time management tools. One of the tips is to do taking notes and journaling. This can also help our mental health since we are putting the stress from our mind and writing down into a paper, notes or in digital word pad.
For those who are struggling with stress, depression and anxiety, creating a journal is a key to improve mental estate. For me, it is one way of expressing yourself, your current feelings and helping to plan out the future.
I just hope procrastination will not attack in these coming days.
