Cat in Diaper

Cant help but to take a picture on this cat in diaper! Saw this at San Juan Batangas resort while doing some oculars for next weekend. The cat owner said she did it as the cat got LBM. 🤪

Maximizing the remaining 1-day vacation leave credit during this pandemic period

It is such a privilege to have vacation leaves to be used throughout the year. In my current employer, we have given 16-day break from work that we can used starting November last year and until October 31st of this year. And today marks my 16th vacation leave, the remaining for this year. What made this day special was I spent this day to give quality time for my family.

What I did:

1. Watched the newly released episode of “You” Season 3 of Netflix.
2. Got the time to bring the photocopying machine for repair.

3. Brought my mom to the mall. It has been a year since she was able to see the supermarket, outlets and shop. It was just this September when she completed her vaccine and I remember teasing her that she can’t go to anywhere if not vaccinated. Finally, she agreed to go to the vaccination center after nth time of convincing her. What made her happy? A box of sewing kit at Mini-So. We actually bought 2 for she knows she might misplace it. :D 4. Treat the fam in an open food hub. We ordered tuna pasta, clubhouse, caffe latte, black coffee “kape barako”, sundae, shawarma, siopao and lumpia.
5. Did some work between 6pm to 10pm. This is an OTY. But that’s okay, sometimes you will feel that you are in a work mode even if you’re on leave.

Note to self:
1. Maximize your time.
2. Be grateful.
3. Love your mom.
4. Happiness is when you see your loved ones happy.
5. Thankful for having a supportive husband.
6. Enjoy and appreciate life thru smallest things.
7. Say hi to friends, reconnect.

Rediscover journaling after 7 years of blog inactivity

As I was going to bed last night, I just thought to consult to yahoo horoscope on what my plans would be as I need to rediscover motivation in my current work. Capturing some lines from this site: From: https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/horoscope/aquarius/weekly-42.html
AQUARIUS HOROSCOPE - WEEKLY: You might do well to revisit an ongoing conversation with a higher-up while communicator Mercury moves backward through your career from October 13 to 27. If you previously discussed taking on more responsibilities or advance your career by stepping in or taking the reins on a key project, you might do well to circle back and present your case now. Then, you might feel fed up with the mundane routine of everyday life and be compelled to get out of your comfort zone around the new moon falls in your ninth house of higher education and adventure. At the same time, your curiosity and desire to soak are soaring. Take advantage by signing up for a course that allows you to hone your skill sets or planning future travel.
AQUARIUS HOROSCOPE - MONTHLY: Fresh Discoveries. Very helpful for kick-starting a new plan of action, promoting or launching a product, or perhaps developing a blog or website. Whatever you hope to accomplish, making a move at this time can be an aid to success.
This gave me an idea to revive this personal blogsite since 2009 and interestingly, there's so much post that I can't remember anymore. Whole year 2013, I don't have any writings, and only few (around 5) at 2014. Now is 2021, after 7 years, welcome me back! Haha I devoted my late afternoon in editing my profile and customizing the layouts. I felt so productive, it improves my mood and happy to be back in journaling. Recently, I am fond of reading articles and youtube clips about productivity tips and time management tools. One of the tips is to do taking notes and journaling. This can also help our mental health since we are putting the stress from our mind and writing down into a paper, notes or in digital word pad. For those who are struggling with stress, depression and anxiety, creating a journal is a key to improve mental estate. For me, it is one way of expressing yourself, your current feelings and helping to plan out the future. I just hope procrastination will not attack in these coming days. Sharing the pic of the journal I am using ordered thru an online shop.
