Welcome Home my Friend!

Our college barkada composed of six, Renz (my bestfriend, now in Qatar), Malou, Rachelle, Rodalyn, Elvie and me. Elvie works in Qatar and have her one-month stay here in Philippines to visit her daughter which will celebrate on Aug 9. Before that occasion, we decided to meet her and throw a simple welcome party.

were in the same town, same school. Even if we did not see each other
always, constant communication thru text keeps us together.

Malou texted us that she can't come today because she has work. But compromised that next time she will come to meet us maybe on the birthday of Elvie's daughter, our "inaanak" :)

Feels Like it's Friendship Week

My poker game addiction at facebook seems getting harder to avoid. I finished the game at around 3 am, then at 10am, I have to prepare to go to Los Banos to meet my former officemates..

Travel time between our house at Batangas to Los Banos took 2 hours.

We dine out at Bonito's..ordered some pizzas and pasta. Taste was very superb...

At the left side of the photo, is Meanne. She is very funny and would make each and every detail of "chikas" especially about "Adventures of Darna". At the center is Acel, my very good friend. We may now call her Prof. Acel because she just finished her teaching demo at the UP College of Forestry and getting the position. How can I forget the SFFG acronym which stands for Social Forestry and Forest Governance. I worked at the CFNR for four long years meeting this good people.. :) Good work Acel! You deserve the best! A very hardworking person and next to Ate Reggie for being perfectionist...See you again guys in mid August!

I Love Watching...the Crowds!

I love crowds, watching them enjoyed the event makes me enjoy the show as well... That's the reason why, if I have a chance to took some pictures, I usually grabbed that chance. :)

PBA Game (I think this was the game between Ginebra and Sta. Lucia). Oh I have a poor memory, I don't even recall who was the winner that night! haha.. But what I'm sure of is that it was taken last 12-25-2008. I love watching PBA, and any other sports events. No wonder why, even last Christmas Day, I initiated to watch PBA, with my sister.

This was the first time I've watch soccer game. This sport may not be so popular here in the Philippines but in Japan, it is ver famous second to Baseball, I think. Soccer game between Kobe and Kyoto Team (This is the Kobe Vissel Team)

Our Franchising Business: Soon to Open...Hopefully! :)

A quick way to jump into a busines is by buying a franchise. But to start a franchising business from the scratch, there are so many things you must consider before becoming a franchisee.

Choosing what kind of franchising business.

After some "brainstorming" with business partners, this is the first product we would like to start. We have chosen Red Bowl as our product because at first, our target market and location should be near to our workplace.


I definitely agree that in any business, finding a good location is a must. While having a business meeting, we discussed about the preparations of the product. If we would go for a rice and toppings products, there's a lot of preparations before you can sell this. That's why after some deliberations, we finally switched to O'Noodles which became famous nowadays.










We all know that starting a franchise has its pros and cons. But sometimes we need to try something new to add some spice in our life. After all, the good thing is, it's a matter of fun, adventure and friendships as business partners....

Donya, the Prim and Proper daw? hehehehe...well at first sight nga siguro..pero pag yung mga mata nya nag shine na, me kalokohan yun hahaha..Donya kasi basta food wala kang problem na ayain sya go lang ng go! hehe lalo na sa ice cream.. Makulit, at kinikilig kami sa kanila ni KBS.."Chotto matte kudasai", hehe naalala ko talaga, kamukha nga pala si Donya ng anak nung taga HR, kaya sobrang inalagaan sya dun sa FTL hahaha...Lately, karibal daw sya ni ate cantwo kay ball, pano ba naman basta pagdating sa connection sa Ball, mabilis makaisip..hehe.. - Financial statement/Certification form from your official banks
- Layout of Store concept and photographs of merchandise
- Photographs of existing Store- for applicants with existing outlet in major shopping mall
- DTI for sole proprietorship

Meanwhile we will not be able to discuss with you concerning the rental rate for it is strictly confidential. We will let you know as soons as your application has been considered for a space.
