May we request you to submit the following requirements for evaluation..
- accomplished application form,
- Letter of intent (brief description of the business, product mix, area requirements)
- Character reference from existing Lessor
- Financial statement/Certification form from your official banks
- Layout of Store concept and photographs of merchandise
- Photographs of existing Store- for applicants with existing outlet in major shopping mall
- DTI for sole proprietorship
Meanwhile we will not be able to discuss with you concerning the rental rate for it is strictly confidential. We will let you know as soons as your application has been considered for a space.
